About Mohamed Khalil
Mohamed Khalil is a self-taught Moroccan painter. Drawn to drawing since childhood, he develops his artistic world through scenes of everyday Moroccan life, including souks, fantasia and popular traditions.
Pastel has an important place in his practice. Working directly on the support allows him to explore colour and gesture with immediacy. His artistic path has developed through personal experimentation and exchanges with other artists.
