Painter
Mostafa Cherrad
Mostafa Cherrad develops a figurative painting close to naive art, peopled with figures, group scenes and architecture. His eye turns everyday life into narrative compositions, brought to life by an accumulation of detail and the relationships between figures.
The artist
His mixed-media works on canvas and panel reveal a warm, immediately readable world. In his village festival scenes, the composition becomes a place of gathering, where colour, movement and story fill the entire surface.
